- NewChoose what your crew sees. Crew & Team → Roles & permissions has two new switches: “See prices & money” hides what each visit is priced at and the money on the Dashboard, and “Clients & contact details” hides the Clients and Properties pages and the client’s name on My Day. Both start on, so nothing changes until you switch them off. Your crew still get each stop’s address, gate code and crew notes, and check-in and check-out work as before.
- FixedYour crew can add notes to a visit again. There’s a new 🗒 Note button on each stop in My Day, and crew can now save notes from Edit visit on the Schedule. You’ll see their notes on the Schedule and the Crew Tracker.

- NewFix a visit after the fact. Open it on the Schedule and press Edit: correct the check-in and check-out times if the crew tapped late or forgot, and press ✕ on a photo that went on the wrong visit to take it off — it disappears from your client’s photo page, portal and invoice.
- NewAdd a before or after photo to any visit from the same Edit form — pick it from your phone or computer, even for a past visit. It is stamped with that visit’s address and date.
- ImprovedWhen we answer one of your support tickets, the email now has our whole reply in it — and any screenshots — so you can read it without signing in. Reply to the email to answer back.
- NewEdit or delete an invoice. On the Invoices page, Edit changes the invoice number, amount, due date or status, and ✕ deletes it (it waits in the Recycle Bin for 30 days). A paid invoice keeps its amount.

- FixedDashboard buttons respond while announcements load. Checkout can retry after a connection failure, and closing it keeps newer forms safe. CSV imports keep your latest column choices, while failed support requests preserve your message and explain how to retry.

- NewQuotes and invoices now tell you whether the email was delivered, whether your customer opened the page, and when it bounced — with the mail server’s reason and what to do next.

- NewCampaigns show how many were delivered, bounced or clicked, and skip addresses that have already bounced.

- FixedThe pages your customers open — the pay-this-invoice page, their portal and a quote — now appear instantly instead of sitting blank waiting on a web font, and if their connection drops they get “try again” rather than “this link may have expired”. The legal pages and the guides paint straight away too.
- ImprovedYour public invoice page says “Awaiting payment” instead of “sent”, and a batched invoice reads “September 2026 — 3 visits” instead of “2026-09 — 3 visits”.
- ImprovedInvoice emails, quote emails, visit confirmations and the day-before reminder now write money and dates properly — “$185.50” and “Mon, Sep 8, 2026”, in your currency and your time zone — and they are headed with YOUR business name, with us only as a small “powered by” line.
- FixedAn invoice, a visit, a client or an expense can no longer be saved half-empty — a $0.00 invoice used to be created and sent. The form says which box needs filling, right on the box.
- ImprovedLists on a phone: the table scrolls on its own with a visible edge, so Status, Send and Mark paid are reachable and the panel heading and search box stay put.
- ImprovedEvery pop-up now behaves: the first box takes focus (your phone keyboard opens on it), Enter saves, Escape closes, the page behind stops scrolling, and hitting Back closes it instead of leaving it floating over a different page.
- ImprovedYour backup codes get their own screen at set-up, with Copy and Download and a tick to confirm you have them.
- ImprovedClients → Import shows what would land, the second properties and the problem rows FIRST; the column mapping folds away. A file that is not a client list is refused in one sentence instead of offering “Import 0 rows”, and a client’s second yard is no longer counted as a duplicate.
- FixedOn a phone the website menu is back — Features, Pricing, FAQs, Compare, Guides and Snow wrap onto their own row instead of disappearing, and Sign in fits beside Start free trial on one line. The comparison tables scroll properly instead of cutting a word in half.
- FixedSigning up with a mistyped email address now says so, instead of “Please fill in all fields” over a form with every field filled.
- ImprovedEmpty charts on a new account say what will fill them in, a page that fails to load says why with a Try again button, and the map says so when its imagery cannot load instead of showing a blank grid.
- FixedSmall words: “1 open invoice” not “1 open invoices”, a year-round snow contract reads “All season” not “any → any”, the Routes page stops telling you to set a shop address you have already set, and the same thing is called a visit everywhere outside the route.

- NewImport your clients and their properties from a spreadsheet — Clients → Import. Drop in a CSV from whatever you use today, check the column mapping we guessed, look at exactly what would land (duplicates flagged, every problem row listed with its line number) and import. One row per property; repeat the client to add their second yard. Every address is looked up on the map afterwards, so your routes work straight away.
- NewText messages. Connect your own Twilio account under Integrations and we text your customers for you: visit confirmations, “on my way” with your ETA, the day-before reminder and the invoice with a pay link. Each one has its own switch under Settings → Text messages. You pay Twilio directly, your business name is on the message, and anyone who replies STOP is never texted again.
- NewGet paid on an invoice. “Send” emails your client the invoice with a pay-by-card link — they pay on their phone, the money goes straight into your own Stripe account (no cut to us), and the invoice marks itself paid. It is the same connected account that already takes quote deposits.
- NewInvoice the month in one go. Every completed visit already carries its price, so “Invoice this month” writes one invoice per client with a line for every visit — from the Invoices page, or one client at a time from the Clients list. A visit is never billed twice.
- NewSeasonal snow contracts. A contract bills the same amount every month of the season by itself, and “Storm today” puts a push on the schedule for every seasonal customer at once. Press it twice and nothing is duplicated.
- NewA five-step setup checklist on the dashboard for your first month — client, property, first visit, shop address, Stripe. Every step ticks itself from your own data; it disappears when you are done.
- ImprovedRoute optimisation can now order the day by real drive time instead of straight-line distance, where a routing service is configured. The Routes page always says which one you got.
- FixedA card payment is never assumed. If your Stripe connection cannot actually take a charge yet, a signed quote carries no deposit at all, the invoice page asks the customer to pay you directly, and nothing is ever marked paid without the money. Your deposit setting is left alone — reconnect the account and it picks up where it was.

- NewA time zone for your business (Settings → Company). My Day, Routes, the dashboard tiles, overdue invoices and campaign windows all roll over at midnight where you work, instead of at UTC midnight — which for a west-coast crew was five in the afternoon.
- FixedMoney shows cents everywhere. A $45.50 job read “$46” on the schedule, on the invoice, on the printed PDF and on your customer’s portal.
- ImprovedCrew accounts do what the Team page says they do. A crew member works the day — My Day, the schedule, marking jobs done, notes and photos, to-dos — and the server, not just the menu, keeps them out of quotes, invoices, reports, the tracker, equipment, settings and billing. Their first sign-in opens on My Day.
- ImprovedThe live demo seats everyone at once. Two people trying it at the same time no longer sign each other out.
- ImprovedUnsubscribe links now ask before they act. Corporate mail scanners follow every link in an email, which was quietly unsubscribing customers who never clicked — there is a confirm button now.
- ImprovedYour data is backed up every few minutes; hourly copies are kept for a day and daily copies for two weeks. Backups no longer contain sign-in sessions.
- ImprovedWhen a trial ends, the app says so plainly and takes you to Billing — there is no “Free plan” to be stranded on, and everything you set up is exactly where you left it. Subscribing clears the trial banner on the spot.
- ImprovedInvoice and work-order numbers never repeat, even after you delete one.
- FixedA mistyped amount, date or price is refused with a plain sentence instead of being stored — that is what turned a money tile into “$NaN” and broke a client portal.
- FixedA page that does not exist now shows a real page with a way back, on the right brand, instead of a line of raw text. So does a portal or quote link that has expired.
- FixedChanging your sign-in email sends a code to the NEW address and only switches when you confirm it.

Price a seasonal contract off your per-push rate and a real average winter, set an event cap, and see which model pays you more in a light, average or brutal winter — including the crossover event count where per-push takes the lead.
