- NewApprove, sign & pay in one step — clients can now approve a quote right from their portal by typing their name to sign it, which turns the quote into a numbered work order. No separate signature step, no back-and-forth.
- NewCollect a deposit on approval — turn on a deposit percentage in Settings → Deposits & payments and connect your Stripe account, and clients pay their deposit by card the moment they sign. It books itself as a paid invoice, and the money goes straight to you.

Choose which events fire in Settings → In-app notifications; mute the sound for yourself with the 🔔 in the header. Money alerts (quotes, invoices) go to owners only — the crew just gets the job ones.

- NewAddress autofill — start typing an address on the Map, or on a quote or property, and real addresses drop down. Pick one and it pins itself on the map (and fills in the city and state).
- ImprovedThe Map is much bigger, and ⛶ takes it full-screen — far easier to trace a lawn accurately.
- Improved“Quote it” now opens the new quote for you, pre-filled with your measured sections as line items.
